We offer an initial complimentary meeting to discuss your current financial circumstances, arrangements and objectives. This meeting provides an opportunity for you to get a feel for working with us and see if we will be the right fit for you.

Gather Information

Once you are sure that we are the right advisers for you, we will seek your formal engagement of our services. At this stage we will start to gather more detailed information about your plans and arrangements. We are also keen, where relevant, to hear about your experiences with other financial advisers to ensure we deliver and exceed the service you are expecting.

Step 3

Research

This step in our working relationship forms the cornerstone of our work for you. We will conduct due diligence on your existing arrangements and any products or services we are likely to recommend. As we are independent, we are not tied to any insurance company, investment provider or lender. This independence means our research will cover products and services across the market.

Report

Once we have gathered all the necessary information and completed our research, we will provide you with a comprehensive report. The report will include recommended actions and, where appropriate, products to meet your agreed objectives, taking into account your specific circumstances and approach to risk. Our comprehensive and clear report will help you make informed decisions and ensure you feel comfortable with your financial planning.

Implement

When you have considered our recommendations and are ready to proceed, we will implement your strategy. We will liaise with the product or service providers and take care of the whole plan for you.Once everything is in place, we will confirm the arrangements with you and provide any important documents.

Review

Where our recommendation includes ongoing reviews, these will typically take place annually, but we can tailor the frequency to suit your needs. During our reviews with you, we will consider your objectives and ensure that your investments and financial plan remain appropriate, and the best fit for your circumstances.
